To show clients our gratitude, we established this unique giveback program in 2011.

Here's how it works: After each noncommercial real estate closing, we ask the client to choose an organization on this curated list. Then we send a $50 donation in their name.

So far, Thanks to You has delivered approximately $90,000 to charitable organizations across Chicagoland—with more to come. Which charity will you choose?

WORKING IN THE SCHOOLS

Promotes literacy and the love of reading among low-income and minority students in Chicago Public Schools by providing one-on-one tutoring and mentoring.

READING IN MOTION

Provides at-risk children from kindergarten through 3rd grade with the key tools required to achieve grade-level reading through the power and discipline of the arts.

THE PEOPLES MUSIC SCHOOL

Delivers high-quality, tuition-free music education. Using the “El Sistema” program, the school provides intensive, collective, ensemble-based learning.

ILLINOIS LEGAL AID ONLINE

Levels the playing field for people who can't afford a lawyer by simplifying complex legal systems. Increases access to justice for lower-income and vulnerable Illinois residents.

WEST TOWN BIKES

Promotes bicycling among Chicago with a focus on youth in underserved populations. They teach independence, professional skills, environmental stewardship and the importance of exercise and good nutrition.

GIRLS IN THE GAME

Girls who grow up playing sports develop into healthier, happier, and more successful women. This organization empowers girls to make healthier choices and develop the confidence and leadership skills they need to succeed on and off the field.

EMERGENCY FUND

Provides immediate, no-red-tape, short-term financial aid to low-income individuals and families on the brink of crisis. Crisis Solution Grants may cover transportation passes, food vouchers, eyeglasses, and prescription medicine, as well as clothing, rent, and/or utilities to clients in need.
